STEP 1 - Part Estimation and Management 

Every production process starts with an accurate assessment of the work to be done. 

The first step of the Libellula suite allows you to automatically analysing and budgeting every detail, from the technical files received from the customer. 

The system is capable of handling:

From this data, the bill of materials (BoM), which is the starting point for the production process. 

Libellula's different quotation solutions (in the cloud or on-premise depending on your needs) calculate quickly and reliably:

The result is a precise economic estimate consistent with the actual production process, reducing evaluation errors and customer response times. 

STEP 2 - Digital job management and production routing 

Once the order is confirmed, the job enters the production management system. 

Within the CAD/CAM Libellula, the module mod.ORDER allows all orders to be digitally organised and transform the CAD/CAM system into a real Dedicated sheet metal production ERP. 

Operators may: 

• • organising production through intelligent filters 

• • view the DELIVERY TIMES via dedicated timeline 

• • tracking the progress of orders 

• • manage flat, bent and tubular sheet metal in a single interface 

Thanks to the mod.ROUTING, It is also possible to define the production path of each part, linking the cut to the subsequent processes, such as bending or other processing. 

This makes it possible to create continuity between departments, This avoids the loss of information between the different production stages and allows a part's progress to be checked not only in the cutting stages but also in the subsequent ones.  

STEP 3 - Nesting and plant programming 

With the order organised, the system switches to the programming of production facilities. 

CAD/CAM Libellula allows programming:

STEP 4 - Real-time production management and 4.0 feedback from all your plants 

Once the machine programmes have been generated and the respective work queues created, efficiency moves to the workshop! 

This is where the onboard system Libellula.VISIO, which allows you to monitor and manage work progress directly on the machine. 

The system makes it possible to:

STEP 5 - Intelligent part unloading management 

The last phase of the process is also one of the most delicate: the unloading and identification of cut pieces.

Each group of parts can be identified by colours useful to recognise immediately:
