The system offers all the support tools for importing geometric files of any format, be it 2D or a 3D assembly, and automatically make the correct plane geometries available for cutting.
The automatic nesting of Libellula has always represented industry excellence, both for the optimisation of material utilisation and the efficiency it brings to the entire production process.
If there are specific requirements, the system can automatically propose several alternative nesting solutions, from which the user of the software can choose the most suitable one. Alternatively, it is possible to operate in semi-automatic mode, accepting the suggestions offered by the software.
Libellula.CUT allows nesting to be programmed in automatic, semi-automatic or manual mode, adapting to the needs of the process and the level of intervention desired by the user.
The software is equipped with optimised algorithms for each individual technology, capable of responding precisely to the different requirements of thermal cutting (laser, oxyfuel, plasma) and waterjet. Furthermore, the system also optimises programming according to the automation present, integrating perfectly with automatic warehouses, loading/unloading systems and picking solutions.
