launch of Mind The Break, a corporate welfare initiative designed to promote the well-being and
sustainability within the working environment.
With this project, Libellula confirms its commitment to a Human Centric corporate culture, which puts people, their needs and aspirations at the centre, and creates
concrete solutions that improve the quality of life of employees.
Mind The Break was born from a simple intuition: to turn the coffee break into a wellness opportunity,
using small daily gestures that can have a significant impact on working life.
Launched in September 2024 at the Roreto di Cherasco site, the project aims to extend to all company sites, creating an integrated welfare system for all Libellula. employees
Every morning, Mind The Break provides employees with a fresh and healthy breakfast, with products from quality-conscious and sustainable local suppliers.
The daily variety includes fresh fruit, brioche, muffins and gluten-free and vegan options,
makes the coffee break a time for sharing and conviviality.
The decision to eliminate packaged snacks and use glass containers and paper cups underlines Libellula's commitment to sustainability.
