<strong>Libellula Srl<\/strong>, a company active in the development of solutions for the <strong>digitisation of business processes<\/strong>, This approach translates into a structured set of initiatives that support people not only in their professional dimension, but also in managing their work-life balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the occasion of the <strong>1 May<\/strong>, this vision invites reflection on what makes work truly sustainable, evolutionary and shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-formazione-continua-in-azienda-una-leva-per-la-crescita\">Continuous training in the company: a lever for growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>in-company training<\/strong> is one of the central elements in competence development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Libellula, training courses take place during working hours and
